Mid Year Mornings

10am-2pm, July 13-16

We know that God uses His Word to grow us and change us. But how do we get the truths of the Bible to stick in our hearts and minds? How do we get a passage of the bible to feed us not just for five minutes over breakfast but for the rest of our lives?

Come and spend 4 mornings with other uni students learning how to meditate on God’s Word, chewing over the truths of the bible so that we understand them better, apply them better, and respond to God rightly.

Each morning we will look at one Psalm in depth and learn to meditate on its truths. What you learn in these four days will help you meditate during your own bible reading in a way that will feed your faith in Jesus for life.

‘You are my hiding place’ (Ps 32:7)
‘[God’s words] are sweeter than honey from the honeycomb’ (Ps 19:10)
‘The LORD is gracious and righteous, our God is full of compassion’ (Ps 116:5)

You’ll spend time in small groups with friends, larger groups with students from your uni, and have time to chew things over on your own.
